My appointment with the hand surgeon was scheduled for 3 hours ago and when I tried to get some information from a nurse who was passing through from the department I was verbally assaulted by the gentleman. I was polite and did not deserve it. Shameful to treat a patient like this. I don't know his name but he is a middle aged African American gentleman with a bald head, blue scrubs and a brown sweater.
