They charge way too much
I lived at the Whitaker for one year and it was less than satisfactory. I liked it at first because of the convenient downtown location. It is cheaper than most for being in the downtown area; however, the area is not very safe. Right when I moved in I had a lot of issues with homeless people harassing me and my guests, loitering on the front steps, following my car into the gated area, and sleeping in the entry way. Clean rent is reasonable you have problem is taken care of in a reasonable amount of time
