I worked with Charlene to find a great single-family home in DC. The home had a fantastic yard, wonderful neighbors, and the owner was very down to earth/OK'ed my DIYs. Unfortunately, I lost my federal job (DOGE) and needed to vacate early. Charlene and Kristina were phenomenal stewards throughout the entire buying process for our move-up condo. They even helped us realize a home I never thought possible especially at our final sales price. The condo was new construction, one of those DC rooftop penthouses in a two-unit condo conversion, and still going through final permits and approvals…and they showed up at every turn, constantly negotiating on our behalf, while always keeping us in the loop. My wife and I have now purchased two homes with Charlene and could not possibly put into words how incredible Charlene was throughout both processes. She helped my wife and I find our mortgage broker (who is incredible), our inspector, and basically all of our real estate contacts.
