Charlene and Kristina were phenomenal stewards throughout the entire buying process for our move-up condo. They even helped us realize a home I never thought possible especially at our final sales price. The condo was new construction, one of those DC rooftop penthouses in a two-unit condo conversion, and still going through final permits and approvals…and they showed up at every turn, constantly negotiating on our behalf, while always keeping us in the loop.
