The staff were very rude, inattentive, and condescending. I would not recommend this Westin to anyone.
We stayed here by default as we had a 15 hour delay on our flight home to Manchester, rooms are lovely and hotel is very clean, such a shame we didn't get chance to use the hotel facilities and couldn't try out the restaurant.
