Parking was a little hectic, keep in mind it's a busy friday night dt, completely understandable. Stay in the right lane and wait,you'll know what I mean lol. Staff was all super nice! Rooms super spacious comfy. Nice views.
Celebrating and this Westin didn’t disappoint. Claire at front desk was welcoming and informative. Britney helped us at both the lobby and rooftop bars and saved us from the Austin heat with cold water and great drinks and also provided information regarding area restaurants and entertainment. Room was very clean.
Beautiful hotel located right in downtown Austin!
Super convenient location and clean finish out. Management really shows they care by setting up special arrangements. Much appreciated and such a nice surprise.
