Had a fantastic stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The staff truly made the experience phenomenal—Elvira at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and front desk managers Mike and Mary Grace were professional, friendly, and accommodating. There are so many homeless people near the hotel. its not safe at all. There’s construction going on in the lobby and it’s very loud. That is not something you want to hear right after you wake up. When i mentioned that to the staff there, he mentioned that they are used to it by now!! How long has the construction been going on for?! I was not able to even enjoy my coffee because of all the sounds. It honestly is the worst hotel to be at right now.
Front desk team was . Rooms were very nice. Wish the parking wasn't $65 per night
Service was amazing. Hotel staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Room was quiet and clean. I would stay there again.
