Cindy and Mike went above and beyond! They answered my questions, gave great recommendations and hand delivered toiletries! Talk about a warm welcome!
The Westin Austin Downtown is a chic Austin-style hotel with excellent customer service, and on-par amenities. Particularly, the gym and pool/bar area on the 20th floor are very well done, and were a highlight of my stay, with early morning swims after my workouts being the absolute highlight of any hotel stay I've ever had (and there have been a few). I had the most lovely time staying here. The staff was super kind, the rooms were big and clean, and the rooftop was incredible. Huge shoutout to Mike at the front desk who put up with my various requests from finding lost packages to printing documents to helping me figure out FedEx pickup. I look forward to my next trip back!
