This hotel is centrally located and easy walk to many things. The hotel itself is very tired and dated and in dire need of an upgrade. Staff have been amazing and eager to help and have been the highlight of the stay.
Had a great stay. Dean in the valet was super helpful and ensured a great customer experience.
One of the best Marriott hotels and the Westin in Austin is very customer service focused. Sabrina at Azul rooftop bar makes amazing drinks and is so knowledgeable and friendly- HIGHLY recommend! Cody at the front desk is all about customer service and is genuinely a great guy. We love staying at Marriott properties but for some reason, the Westin always seems to go above and beyond!
Ben at valet was so great and so speedy with our car every time. We so appreciate the service.
