This hotel has non-existent Internet. When I called for help, Sydney the front desk manager offered me the hotel's Internet service provider's phone number as if this was my problem to fix. Upon asserting this to her, she accused me of yelling, which I wasn't, and replying to me as if she was my mommy, and I wasn't "allowed" this opinion and to express it. I asked for the manager, which she claimed to be, since she lacks the mental capacity to know that the front desk manager is only of THE FRONT DESK and not of the hotel. T... read more
Location is perfect, I had a great experience here. No complains at all! The restaurant is very good. Gym has terrific views so is worth going. The rooftop is amazing but it can get a bit crowded during weekends.
