I had my first EVER spa day at the west spa yesterday. My day started with a 55 minute Swedish massage with Scott. He was AMAZING! Always made sure I was comfortable and okay with everything he was doing. Next, I had a 55 minute facial with Tracey. She explained every product she used, and tailored it to my specific skin needs. This was a fantastic experience that I recommend for many more than the guests of Wilson Lodge or the visitors to Oglebay Park. The facility was immaculate. They had every need met & every service offered. The staff was beyond courteous & helpful. Specifically Tya, who was so welcoming, informative, and inviting; that I honestly didn't want to leave. My daughter treated me to the Brown Sugar Pedi Treatment for Mother's Day. It was wonderfully relaxing! Great, friendly technicians made sure we were enjoying our experience!
Called and got in the same day on the spur of the moment pedicure and it was super nice and relaxing!!!
Penny was very sweet and gave an excellent Pedicure �
