I was a little disappointed when I went into The West Spa to use my gift voucher on products and the young lady said I can only use the gift voucher if I was getting serviced. The gift voucher states it is redeemable at Ihlenfeld Dining Room, Glassworks Grill or The West Spa. No where on the voucher does it state that you can not use it without getting serviced. Plus the voucher expires in April. Was very disappointed. Needless to say I did have a wonderful meal at Glassworks Grill and will give them an amazing review.

if you want to relax and get away from life for a day go to the spa. The staff is professional, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the services are wonderful.
If you haven’t been there for a massage you better get there the best place and the tables are magnificent!!!

I spent the day there with my best friend we were instantly greeted with big smiles. We changed into our robes and went to our facials. Not only were the girls really nice and welcoming but they knew about there products. We loved everything about it! Our massages were even better. I drove in from Lisbon,Ohio and I was more than happy with how our day went. We will be coming back again in the near future.
Receiving this as a gift was truly heaven! From the moment I walked in to the time I left, I was treated like a celebrity.. everyone was warm & pampered me. The massage was prefect, so relaxing but yet invigorating! Love The West Spa at Oglebay!
