Maintenance gets five stars — they fixed the broken front door the next day. If only the email response time moved that fast, we’d really be living in luxury. Living in the west wing feels like a budget hotel next to a train museum. The Pick ’n Save alarm goes off at 3–5 AM twice a week — it’s basically my free wake-up call. I wanted to share some honest feedback for the benefit of both potential renters and employees. Unfortunately, my experience with this property—and Mandel properties in general—Many of the 5-star reviews appear to be solicited from individuals like Bryant & Stratton students who aren’t actual leaseholders and cannot submit maintenance requests or interact with the office as tenants. I’ve felt really safe and comfortable living here. The building is clean and well taken care of, and the management team is always easy to talk to and helpful. It’s the kind of place I’d happily recommend to friends.
Good place to live if you don't mind having inconsiderate neighbors that race up and down the apartment complex and blast music all night long after 10pm to 3am
