They need to get it together. I made an appointment in December after specifically calling and asking if they take Medicaid, I had to get a referral sent and it took them like a week or so to call me back, they had to call me 3-4 times to ask for the same information, they didn’t send me the link to fill out the information so I had to call them over and over to make an appointment, and then I got there and they let me check all the way in, then told me after I was already in their office that they don’t take my insurance.
