They need to get it together. I made an appointment in December after specifically calling and asking if they take Medicaid, I had to get a referral sent and it took them like a week or so to call me back, they had to call me 3-4 times to ask for the same information, they didn’t send me the link to fill out the information so I had to call them over and over to make an appointment, and then I got there and they let me check all the way in, then told me after I was already in their office that they don’t take my insurance. A frustrating experience turned around by two exceptional employees. I arrived 30 minutes early for my 11-year-old daughter's first appointment at the Wellness Clinic, only to be told that her appointment had been canceled. According to the notes, the clinic had attempted to contact me ONE time by phone. No follow-up call, no text, no email, no additional attempt to reach me despite having my contact information.
