I was impressed with The Wellington at Southport after speaking with my brother. The staff took the time to answer all of the questions our family had about assisted living and memory care, unlike other community visits that felt rushed. Thank you for being a community resource!
I enjoy working for the Wellington! All the staffs are friendly and helpful with any needs and concerns.
I would not recommend anyone to come and work here under the management that they have now. If they change management then probably yeah ,The management that they have now are very unprofessional and unorganized plus they do everything base on they emotions so you can lose your job simply on how they are feeling about you.
