I made a mistake on the date when i book my stay and i call the miramonte around 1am to correct it. A lady named Gaby was very proffecional and helpfull, she resolve my problem. Uppon checking Monica was very nice and proffecional. The room was very clean and the resort look very nice.
We had an excellent time. Our room was very nice n spacious. We wil be back .... soon.
Well for starters, your room looks nothing like the pictures. Or at least ours sure didn't. There's no floor to ceiling mirror in the bathroom, the bed looks like something you'd have at a Holiday Inn but you pay $800 for your stay. They failed to inform us that their spa was CLOSED. & we planned our trip all around having a spa getaway. They did compensate us a little for it, but notice of the spa closure would have been the right way to go about it, as you are a spa resort.... Beautiful resort!!!! The food is absolutely fabulous an the service!! Thursday nights are the best when they have Mr.Tony singing in the lounge he is so wonderful!!!
Checked in on friday girl was kinda rude didnt get her name.. rooms are over priced for what you get. Was out on saturday at a wedding we left the privicy sign up was completly ignored by the maid ,they came in anyway!! My wife and i will not be returning
It's a great property. The food is great and Thursday nights are great. Tony's the best.
