Was expecting high end... we were placed in the back of the property overlooking a parking lot. It is not even busy so why the stinginess, upgrade... or just be nice and give us a decent room. Won't stay here again, although they have today to make it right. Lol as if
Stayed here in March, very disappointed with service. They offer shuttle service to the golf course , most of the time they don't have staff to pick us on return, often the staff at the other hotel had to take us. My grand baby burped milk on to the sheets, I told the housekeeper to change sheets, when we returned, the bed was nicely made but she used the same sheet, only this time she placed the soiled part at the foot of the bed. It was really nice and relaxing and I love it when they show movies by the pool that's my favorite
Nice place, gets a bit pricy but enjoyed our stay. Service was great, from beginning to end. Andre at the Artisan Kitchen restaurant was amazing! We would definetly visit again! Well Spa was great too!
Relaxing place. I'm going with my kids 2 times a year. They love this place.
