My boyfriend lives in this building. Not sure if the people leaving reviews have actually lived in this building… building manager is nice and sound isolation from other units is good, that’s about where it ends as far as positives for the building. For an “environmentally efficient” building hydro costs an absolute fortune, expect to pay more in hydro than a suite on Dallas road with all single pane windows, tragically inefficient. The Wedge is one of the most unique buildings I've come across in Victoria and would love to see more buildings like it being built. Unlike most rental buildings with cheap finishes, every detail feels like it is built to last. The units are spacious - it feels like you are in a house but with apartment views. The Wedge is an absolutely brilliant option for those desiring to live downtown Victoria. I was involved in Leasing at The Wedge, and the amount of built-in storage space in every unit, luxury finishes with amazing attention to detail, there’s not many buildings like it. The concrete finishes, the space of each unit, and the views are amazing. A fantastic opportunity!
