The ground floor staff here are extremely rude. Came here for a Fork N’ Film event and was five minutes past show time and they would not even allow me to speak to a manager for the event. Ended up eating at their rooftop bar where our server was super nice and the drinks were good. However, there was one particular guy with a beard who was so rude my fiancée was shocked. Ordered room service at 7:25. Called at 8:45 to check the status only to find out they cancelled the order. It would have been nice to let me know instead of having me wait in my room for nothing. Now it’s 9pm and the restaurants are shutting down. Pretty unacceptable. Only giving two stars because the rooms are nice.
Trendy boutique hotel with a fun rooftop bar. Rooms are compact but stylish. The lobby has a welcoming co-working vibe. Great location for exploring DTLA on foot. Staff were professional and friendly
