It's really difficult to find someone who knows how to cut my hair so that it's, A)Easy to style, B) Youthful, but not severe or cutesy-weird-trendy, C) Face-flattering, and D) Not old-ladyish. Tara listened to my concerns, took on the challenge; and WOW! Did she ever deliver! I am so happy!
