A friend referred Waverly as I was excited to get an Ombre style. To give you an idea, my hair at this point was waist length. The first time around, after i showed my stylist (Hallie) what I wanted - an ombre, she gave me highlights and cut my hair super choppy as if a child had cut my hair. I was not happy with this visit so I contacted her and after a few tries, I contacted the manager. The manager insisted for the same stylist to fix my hair and so she did. RecommendedI saw Meghan today! She listened to my thoughts she took her time and my hair is amazing!! Color is perfect. She also did a great job cleaning up my cut. Unfortunately I don’t live in Scottsdale but I will return and plan my haircuts and color in advance with Meghan. Thanks Meghan!

Excellent service and vibe. Third time coming and these have been the best haircuts of my life. Vanessa is excellent. I’m not an easy customer and have tough hair. Four times since coming here I’ve had strangers tell me I have perfect hair. There is not better compliment I can give. Also- the music is always perfect.
