From the first day I walked in The Waters I knew I was going to be a part of something great. The feeling of happiness, the sound of laughter and the openness between the staff and residents. It was like one big family, everyone together all in the same place. I've been employed by The Waters for almost a year now. I've never had an employer show so much appreciation and gratitude for my contribution. I love my job, my co-workers and of course my residents. The friendships are priceless❤️.
