I worked at The Waterford formally Remington Park for 8yrs In which 1 year was the Waterford at Baytown while there I met some wonderful people heard some real life history and learned things first hand that I still use today unfortunately I left the company because I felt like I had simply outgrown them and it was time to move on to the next chapter in my life and even it was hard to say goodbye
it's a good nursing home if you can afford it your loved ones will be taken care of good there
I highly recommend The Waterford at Baytown! They have a very caring staff that's available 24/7. They have awesome activities that can not compare with any other senior community in the area, and they have delicious restaurant style dining! The entire building has been remodeled and updated and it is BEAUTIFUL!!
The Waterford at Baytown is a wonderful facility if you're looking for a home with a caring staff and fun events happening all the time. I highly recommend it.
My mother has been here for 2 years while not perfect 9 there is no such place) I was very pleased with the facility. That is until the storm. The lack of information is so very aggravating. I wish they had been more upfront with us in the beginning. I would be less likely to have moved my mom permanently. The we don't know from the ones who answer the phone is maddening. Maybe they don't know maybe that is all they are being told from the corporate office. But trying to keep us in the dark is not the way to keep my business... read more
Really. Keeping people out for over 4 wks!! What about the fees, will they be on hold!
At least this place had the foresight to evacuate with Harvey looming , but the way they went about was completely unprofessional. Then, they are horrible at communicating updates on the damage to the building and an anticipated return date. Staff is very rude. Unacceptable. Look elsewhere if you can.
