Staff very friendly especially noelia Gonzales. She is very friendly and cares about her elderly residence. Not only that but always willing to go that extra mile and it shows the time she spends there.
It's a good place for our family member to live in order for her to have assistance doing those things that she can't do without help. A special thanks to Laurie for the extra help and attention you give.
I previously managed a caregiver company in Baytown and had an exceptional employee named Laurie Leiser. She went above and beyond for our clients and I can only imagine she is doing the same at The Waterford.

i highly recommend Waterford here at Baytown.everyone is friendly. they take good care of u there. one staff member named Laurie leiser.she is the most friendliest person in the facility and very respectful to the customers. if anyone goes there ask for her she will take care of u the right way .
This community feels like home, the staff are like family.
The community is beautiful and the kindest staff. Also great food and fun activities.
