Great response and service!
Jeremy was so kind, knowledgeable and personable! He helped us understand the problem with our reverse osmosis machine, and clearly provided our two options moving forward. We haven’t had it replaced just yet, but are looking forward to welcoming him back into our home. 10/10 recommend.
We are now in our second home that the Water Doctor has helped us fix. We started in a home built in 1955 with Galvanized pipes. The water Dr was able to route the water using a lot of existing plumbing and some creative thinking to give us great soft water for that home. We just built a new home and we were able to involve Jeremy early in the process to plan better on placement of the softener, RO, and brine tank.
