I always shop here. But today i was told it would be a minute. That was fine. After waiting for about 3-5 minutes another person entered. He stood there for all of 10 seconds and the employee literally ran over to the customer, apoligized and helped him immediately. Im still standing there! I politely leave and he doesn't even notice! Products are what bring customers in but service is what turns them away. This all happened today between 4 and 4:30.
Competitive prices on products and shipping. Will definitely do more business in the future
The people there are awesome and not snobby at all like some brew places I have been to. Very helpful advise and lots of selection within the store as well.
