I used to go to the "other" LHBS. I just happened to stumble onto finding the Water Buffalo, and will do my business there from now on! Nolen, and Jack are two rare breed customer service pros. Nolen in particular answered a slew of questions I fired at him... Keeping him there well after the close of his business day..who does that anymore these days!?! The guyz are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have everything to make your own beer, wine, ale, mead and cheese. There are getting the supplies to make Kombucha, Jun, kefir and veggie ferments.
Wonderfull exsperiance! Excited to try a cheese making class. Employees very knowledgeable and nice.
