Big thanks to Nolen and crew for delivering great service, even as a pro, you still need that washer that broke, or jockey box connections, always immediately. These folks are great and have saved my butt many times already!
I'm a newbie when it comes to brewing but Nolen took the time to explain the process and the equipment I'd need...and the equipment I could do without for the sake of a budget. I mentioned I had to run some errands after my purchase and he set me up with a way to keep the temperature-sensitive ingredients cool. Very recommended.
