Poor and horrible customer service. From start to finish this place is not worth your money. I idoled my truck behind a empty vac station for 5 mind before anyone even attempted to help me. Mean while other customers are blowing at me winderjng why I’m not moving forward. His is my second time at his location and second bad experience, there won’t be a third.
I am Happy for now. If not, they will definitely know.
I’m usually happy with the service here. This last time my truck wasn’t as clean as usual and I had to wipe it down again even though there were 4 people wiping it down. The lady at the desk was really nice.
I didn't get my membership because the printer was down. You should have more that one printer. My membership is already paid for so it shouldn't be a problem.
Had to get them to vacuum the car twice. Water spots on the car. Worst experience, will never go back.
I had to vacuum my own car all over again. My daughters booster seemed to heavy to be moved and vacuumed, even the floor mats were to heavy for them to even vacuum! Go to my page and you will see the car they thought they washed so good! Never again will I return! Only thing good of this place is I did get refund including my tip!
My car looks CLEAN everytime! Customer service is always great & the workers are always polite & respectful!
