Great service!!
To many young kids working with no adult / team leader supervision. They’d rather play around with each other instead of working. Even after my truck was done, they hadn’t cleaned any of the windows inside or out, the interior wasn’t wiped down and the front of the truck...well, I won’t go there. Let’s say, I’ll never go back.
2nd time I’ve come & left my car while i went to eat... come back and my rims were still dirty, the doors had not been cleaned, and my dash was still dirty... figure let them get new staff and MAYBE my car might come out right... WRONG. I’m paying for a membership and extra and they don’t even do a good job cleaning the car. My husband was in the business so I know the diff between someone who wants to get it out and someone who cares enough to take their time and likes to earn tips... apparently this location just wants to ... read more
Poor job of detailing! One worker acted like whatever.... Will not be going there again!!!
My husband and I are very familiar with the Wash Tub, we take our vehicles almost weekly if not 2-3 times a month. We typically go to the closest location while we’re out, this is the second time I’ve been to this location and I’m completely dissatisfied AGAIN! My windows looked ridiculously smudged as if they didn’t even care to clean them, my interior looked the same, as if no cleaning had been done just light vacuuming. Stay away from the wash tub on marbach rd! I took my brand new tacoma there to have her cleaned up and after i got her back had scraches along the sides! When i brought it to their attention they stated those marks were already there! I fully inspected my vehicle before i bought it and check it on a regular basis hents how i noticed scratches that were originally not there! If you value your vehicles as much as i do avoid this wash tub!
I’ve been to this car wash about 6 times already. The first two times was a great experience until recently. The last 4 times, I still had dog hair on my seats, even I got it out my with my own vacuum. Yesterday I got my car wash and wax, looked good until I looked inside my car once I got home. The front on the inside of my car looked good, looked at the back, there was still dog hair everywhere. There was still dirty on my door and it’s very frustrating when I have to do it myself.
