I came in within 48 hours to get a re-wash (outside wash and dry only) and no vacuum. Eddie was telling me it would be quick to go through and then apparently they stopped washing all cars. I had an appointment to get to and wasted 30 minutes sitting in the vacuum line. When I asked him if I could get my car washed and dried he said he would ask the boss, who he walked right by and didn’t ask, or come back to me. I ended up leaving instead of getting the re-wash. The inside of my car wasn't vacuumed correctly or wiped down, so I asked didn't i pay for this. the attendant responded "we don't do it unless asked to do so. Isn't that the purpose of getting the car washed. Didn't give him much of a tip and lwfted pissed. Now I remember why I stopped going to wash tub!
Came home and had to clean my own back window since it wasn’t touched after paying for the super wash for $34.99. Sat outside for 15 minutes just walk up to my own car to ask if it was done since I hadn’t seen anyone touch it and it still had writing on the windows and they said “oh yeah, you’re good to go.” Cool, I guess I’ll take the writing off myself and vacuum it again since that was done poorly as well. The paper towel in the picture is after I cleaned my own back window.
