The car wash ripped my side mirror off and they refused to fix it because my car was 7 years old. it wasn't a clean break. The metal bracket was ripped at a peak as if it were laffy Taffy. Pretty sure a car of any age would have been damaged. Also it left me with a damaged/unsafe to drive car and I was 38 weeks pregnant.
I have been going to this car wash since it opened and got the monthly membership to make sure I kept my car clean. Never had any problem until all of a sudden the machine started ripping parts off my car. Happened twice and o am done. Cancelled my membership and will not be back. Talked to friends and it is happening to them too
i used to love this car wash! i even got a membership so it was quicker and more cost efficient for me. now it seems like i do not get the car wash i’m supposed to and/or i leave with it missing the whole back of my car. not impressed. today i went thru and the soap wasn’t even rinsed off properly. it gets worse every time i go. i probably will cancel my membership.
We have done business here for many years and have always been very satisfied. The owner is great and takes very good of his business. He has upgraded much of his equipment and has continued to be a leader in the industry. Denton is fortunate to have business owners like Brad.

Hadn't washed my car in forever so i got the $30 monthly plan, unlimited uses for the month, this is great since they recently regraveled the road i live on & is very dusty.
