Jeremy Walker Bibha Walker I was here last Friday this place is horrible worst customer experience and they are scamming people out of there money letting you pay for a service they know doesn't work and if you notice they give you some excuse it not jut this location it two that I know of in Denton that the wheel cleaners don't work and they change you for everything wash anyway they have been broken for a while so might go back and try to get your money back or have them demonstrate they work right . This place used to care about it's customers. I went to get my car washed and finally paid for the best one to get my car extra clean to celebrate a special occasion. I paid $17 so I could get my tires cleaned and some extra goodies and am curious as to how much I actually got as the wheel cleaners and some of the brushes weren't operational. Place is closed but still charging monthly memberships??? Ridiculous
They ripped off my windshield wiper and scratched the paint on my truck. DO NOT GO HERE!
I don't expect a car wash to get in to every nook & cranny but I do expect, at the very least, for the body of the car to be clean. Rear end, front end, license plates, lights, bottom of the doors; all still had a layer of dirt. Would loved to have been able to buy a towel, shammy, paper towel??? 🤷🏻♀️
