ignored. Some guy greeted me when we got there and said he or someone would be right over. Then my kid and I wandered around the premises. I took a 28 minute phone call. We went and sat in the sales office and two men and a woman in an office did not greet us, ask us why we were there, take a look at us or anything. I remember when sales people used to plead with you to buy a car. This time it was too much trouble to even acknowledge that we were present. At least they all looked cranky.
I did not have the best experience with this dealership. I purchased a car and sold it a year later. The buying process was easy I just did not like the car. I added an extended warranty onto the car at the time of purchase and it has been over 3 months and I have not received anything from the dealership. In the beginning Amy assured me that she as canceling and it could take about 60-90 days max to get a refund and she would send me a confirmation. This was on April 15th. Andrey is your wing man he is an absolute beast. he helped me with everything even getting an ID card which he is not supposed to help with but this man will take care of you as if you're his friend. overall great price. very clear information before buying the car. i cant add more to this thank you Andrey.
