Avoid. Horrible management, do yourself a favor and avoid giving these people your money for rent every month. Look elsewhere. These folks are EXREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, CONSTANT MAINTENANCE ISSUES, etc. So frustrating given the amount paid every month.
Caveat emptor! If you tour their properties, press them on the HVAC, water, and sewer costs. They will play dumb and say "it depends on your usage," but no effing way. I live alone with a dog. I run the dishwasher once a week. I wash three loads of laundry every two weeks. I brush my teeth twice daily with the water off until I need to rinse my tooth brush and mouth. BEWARE Rene.... The WORST property manager in the world... She isn't helpful, never calls back, and doesn't help get anything fixed. Lived here for 2 years. The facility was not "luxury", the apartments were dark and not updated. Make sure friends and family park in the appropriate spots otherwise you're looking at $100 boot. Parking was a HUGE issue because they have multiple people living in 1-2 bedrooms. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND!
Moved in April 2018 PMC is a HORRIBLE company and should not be trusted. If you have any other choice it has to be better. The people jere are rude, condescending, and our contact upon moving in lied about not only move-in special but other things like parking and the apartment itself (we moved from out of state). They got a bonus and trapped us in a lease. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great staff and great place to live We really enjoyed living at Windsor Club. The office staff is friendly and attentive and the maintenance team is phenomenal! Quick to address any needs and nice about it. They made living there feel like a home! We outgrow our apartment but would recommend it to anyone. The apartment amenities are fun and convenient and the Seven Oaks clubhouse is an oasis! Parking was never a problem. I almost always could park right in front of my unit. Okay place to live We lived at Windsor Club for two years. Generally speaking the office staff was polite and generally got things done quickly. We decided not to renew due to the increase in rent, we bought a new build 4 bed room house and the Mortgage is less than what we were paying for rent. This place was a pretty good place to live, most of the neighbors were decent although there are always a few bad apples. My biggest complaint would be after we moved. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! I once used to LOVE living here, but that is a thing of the past after new management stepped in a few months ago, and now I have this sick feeling in my gut every time I arrive where I'm suppose to feel at home. Renee and the maintenance workers here do not represent this so called "luxury" community well and I highly discourage anyone from renting from the Estates of Stuart. Great place to live I've lived here for 2 years and it's been a great experience. Lots of amenities (nice stacked gym...more than your typical apartment gym, rooftop deck, entertainment rooms) and I have loved my apartment. Big beautiful windows, new appliances, walls are pretty sound proof. The only thing is there's no parking, so if you have a car you have to rent out of a nearby garage. Great area This is a great neighborhood, great area, close to everything. Apartments are a bit old, but still have modern touches at a good price. Well maintained and helpful staff.
