Yeah go there if you want to have over an hour late appointment and then have the doctor tell you to hurry we only have 20 minutes. And then tell you you basically are over exaggerating your pain and that it won't be fixed during this 20 minute appointment. And to begin with they call you Friday to tell you they have to reschedule your appointment because that provider won't be in Monday. Wallace is absolutely the worst practice I've ever had to deal with. It's very difficult for me to get out there with my work hours and since they opened the Gresham location it's nearly impossible. I just drove an hour and 30 minutes in traffic to pick up a prescription only to find their doors locked 10 minutes before close. There have been numerous instances of unreturned phone calls, even when I've left a detailed message, sometimes twice a day, every day for a week, pleading to hear ANYTHING back. The last time I visited my doctors office, I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room without any acknowledgement after check in I was there, I ended up walking out without anyone saying anything, or calling me to find out why/if I left. Currently I'm sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes, 30 minutes past my check in time without being seen, or talked to. the waiting room has filled and emptied with several people while waiting. I suppose the help is good when you can get it, but the wait times are completely unreasonable.
I love this place here. I've never had the best of luck with doctors , like I do with wallace medical concern. I have a good relationship with my doctor. , Katherine Buccinttini she very caring she listens to you she's very knowledgebase , if she doesn't know something she will consulte one of colleagues and if they don't she will refer you to someone that does.
