Only reason not 5 stars is because the pedicure chairs are not comfortable. My technician Nolona was awesome!
Third try and still a mess. Some staff are super sweet, but the majority are so unhappy to be there and it bleeds into their customer interactions and how they care for nails. I’ve had a poor experience everytime varying between nail care being rough and messy to the technician being short and unnecessarily difficult to sit through a session with. Indy you can do better. I got off work yesterday and was looking for a place still open in Castleton area, to get a pedicure. It ended up being too late, so I went in and had to schedule for the next day(which is today). Can I tell you that I have Never ever, ever, ever, never had someone as friendly as Margarita give me a pedicure. She was sweet, kind, and caring-asking me how I was doing throughout.
