This is an excellent location to you enjoy the trail and views along the Arkansas River. The views are calming, and it's a quiet neighborhood, too. The building is well maintained and well built, we don't hear our neighbors on either side of our unit, or the people on the floor above. The Vue on Riverfront is a nice place to call home.
I lived in these apartments from May 2023 to Jan 2025 over two leases! It is right by the trail, for someone that loves biking and walking it is the perfect location because you can just walk to the trail. Me and my wife walked the trail (almost) every day from the apartment to the skate park with our dog (uninterrupted 9000 step trail walk). My car was broken into with a lot of valuables taken. The apartments put little to no effort into helping me out. They told me they were busy, they would call me for follow ups. I had to go to the office myself for them to tell me that they didn’t have cameras… its a very upsetting situation to be put in
