I was asked to do a review when I moved in but I didn’t want to because I’ve experienced apartments doing you wrong with your deposit after I moved out. So this is like an exit review. I wasn’t able to see the apartment initially because I’d had surgery on my legs and heart, but I had a deadline so I had to trust they take care of me and they did. I was there for three years. I applied with this apartment back in March I decided to go a different route and cancel my application. I was supposed to get my refund back it is June 14 I have yet to get my refund back. They claim they sent me it in the mail with the check. I have never received anything. I wouldn’t trust this company when they say they’re gonna refund your money and they never will. I have lived here for maybe two and a half years. I know the maintenance staff and the leasing staff and they are fabulous. They are exceptional people and they will do whatever they can to help. Recently Alan redid my kitchen faucet, he was polite, expedient, and efficient.
I wanted to give Alan a five star for maintenance He came out as soon as I called for the heat problems n dishwasher.. thank you for coming asap ..
I love it out here at the vita very friendly, understanding , maintenance is awesome love the staff in the office as well they go above and beyond and I can be very outspoken respectfully 🤗 only thing is they don't offer reserved parking on this side because I'm all the way in the back and parking is crazy back here sometimes I have to park far away from my place
