I took my son here yesterday for the first time. the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and Dr. Floyd was amazing with my son. I esp. liked how informative she was about my sons condition. She was extremely helpful and we look forward to continued visits with her.
It was great and I can actually see
I tried to go and get my eyeglass prescription filled. I had already seen my doctor, same one of 2 years. I walked in and handed my prescription to the receptionist, she said nothing, after I dig for insurance card and show it to her she tells me this after my insurance is presented, not before. This tells me they dont want to take Medicaid to fill my glasses. If that is the case drop yourselves as providers. I'll bet everyone is very nice that works their. I won't find out. I always enjoy my visits here. The staff goes out of their way to assure my comfort, and they are very thorough with their testing. And they're fun!
Dr.Floyd and her staff have always been great for me and my son. Would highly recommend her to any looking for eye care.
