I wouldn't recommend The Visual Difference. I can say the service is horrible. I had an eye exam on the 15th of February and still haven't received my glasses. Each and every time I call they tell me they're not sure what's taking so long they'll look into it and give me a call back. Not once has anyone called me are tried to figure out the hold up in my opinion. Even after numerous calls today I was told they're busy with other customers someone will call me back. Once again no call. As if I'm not a customer and my concerns... read more

Amazingly friendly and knowledgeable staff handled our 3 appointments in a speedy and efficient manner while making us feel well cared for and well informed. My kids left with their glasses after only a 30 minute wait. Best experience ever!♥️
