I loved my time at the Virginia building, amazing team. They always take care of anything I need help with. I can’t recommend this place enough. Downtown has some noise sometimes but this apartment is very safe and it’s close to a lot of of stuff. I loved it, you should be happy if you’re moving there. Only issue I had while there was closet space but after that 10 out of 10
Two times unsesery take my meny account
Great place to live with great office and maintenance staff! In the past two years I've only had one maintenance issue and the team went above and beyond to fix the issue immediately. Big shout out to Kyle (community manager) and Lester (maintenance manager) for being on top of everything! Highly recommend this complex!
I lived here for a couple of years and here's my experience: Pros: - Location! Close to anything you want to do downtown or in Ghent. This is a really nice perk of living here. If you want to attend the festivals in Town Point Park, you can just walk over and not have to worry about parking or anything. - Washer/Dryer in unit - Lacking in a lot of buildings in this area. Hands down the best renting experience I have ever had. The apartments are incredible along with the management team. A huge thank you to Kyle, Jordan, and Kim! Cannot recommend enough.
