First and foremost I would like to say that if I could I would give this place a 0/10. First I would like to start with management, they seem to always have an attitude or can be extremely short with you even for basic questions. If you need help good luck because half the time they’re out of office. The office staff gave my parter and I a credit on our portal, we emailed multiple times to make sure this was right because my partner and I couldn’t figure out what the credit was for. I loved my time at the Virginia building, amazing team. They always take care of anything I need help with. I can’t recommend this place enough. Downtown has some noise sometimes but this apartment is very safe and it’s close to a lot of of stuff. I loved it, you should be happy if you’re moving there. Only issue I had while there was closet space but after that 10 out of 10
Two times unsesery take my meny account
Great place to live with great office and maintenance staff! In the past two years I've only had one maintenance issue and the team went above and beyond to fix the issue immediately. Big shout out to Kyle (community manager) and Lester (maintenance manager) for being on top of everything! Highly recommend this complex!
