I must say that the luthier services here are excellent! First, Brian came to my rescue on my way to the NashCamp Fletcher Bright Fiddle Camp. My bridge and sound post had fallen, and he quickly cut a new sound post and got me back on the road. Then I shipped my fiddle back and Brandon carved a new bridge, planed my fingerboard, and installed a new tailpiece. Wow, that was THE best experience in any music store I can remember in a long time! Our son needed his student cello set up to play and they couldn't have been more courteous and professional. The gentleman who helped us answered our questions, and did more than set the bridge and strings but tuned and played it a bit for us also. Thank you for the excellent experience at your store, we will be back soon as we have a violin player in the family as well.
