I recently purchased a beautiful arts & crafts necklace from The Vintage Jewel. The entire transaction was easy from shopping their online store, to buying to receiving (the packaging was even beautiful. I highly recommend this store! I will be shopping again from them in the near future!
My experience was great, from start to finish. I messaged with Jennifer for a bit so she could get an idea of the style I was going for. We set a date for me to go into the studio. When I walked in, she had a whole case completely full of items she hand picked for me to peruse per our conversation. It was extremely personable and heartfelt. She even let me think on it for a few days, and told me when it jumps out at me, I'll know. Boy, was she right! She got the ring sized for me, as well! I'll be back :)
