Received an arrangement that looked like funeral flowers for my anniversary. Got a total of 6 flowers with a ton of greenery for $120

Absolutely phenomenal service! Delivery was fast and right on time, but what really stood out was the customer support—even after regular business hours, they still took the time to help me out. That level of care and commitment is very much appreciated! Highly recommend!
We ordered the anniversary flowers and I was expecting a very large beautiful arrangement. What we received was not what was advertised, it was much smaller and not nearly as many flowers it was more filler in the back. It is still a nice arrangement but not what we ordered. I figured for a very expensive arrangement it would look like the photo. First time ordering from them but it will be the last. I called several times and no one picks up. I emailed as well and no response.
Dealt with Rhonda and she was very helpful, nice and all around happy person! We will be back
