I was referred to this firm through the CELA website. I called for a case review, and I was under the impression I would have had a consult with an attorney, not have an intake with the legal assistant. I had my intake with the legal assistant on a Thursday, and I did tell her that it was difficult for me to obtain documents for the attorneys to review as to whether or not they'd take my case.
