i wish i could give them a negative star. this place is trash.
Would not recommend this place. I've had several family members stay here and they've been having awful experiences. Every time we spent time here the staff was rude and the loud music kept us from sleeping at night.
People here are amazing!! Very friendly and welcoming staff!! Always thinking about the residents and fur babies of the property!! Thank you guys for making this place home.
Do not move here! Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else that cares about their families when not only they are moving in and living there, but also when they are leaving! I personally don’t find it professional or “caring” of them to overcharge unnecessary things upon moving out so they can make a profit and have no proof to show of “damage” that we know was not there upon leaving
When you move out they will exaggerate charges to generate income for their property. When you ask them for proof they have nothing. #bullies
Lived here for a year now and love it more than when I moved in. Great people...both residents and management. Lots of activities to choose from...crafts, exercise, coffees, games, dancing, water activities or just get together with friends in one of the beautiful, well maintained common areas. Life in a resort!!!
