RecommendedWe love living here,apartment is nice spacious and quiet. Buildings and grounds are very well maintained. People that work here are very nice and efficient.
RecommendedI’ve lived here since July and just love it. Of course, the clubhouse and apartments are gorgeous! Of course, the staff are wonderful and fun! Of course, the social schedule is full of great activities for everyone! The best part, though, is the camaraderie among the residents. I moved in knowing no one (other than family) in Austin and I now have a treasured group of friends. This place has build an environment that fosters companionship, caring, laughing, and having a great life. I love it here!
I do my “thing”, others do theirs. It is beautiful ,safe (so far), monthly calendar, swimming, clean halls and walls ( sometimes). There are pros and cons. But I enjoy it.
Giving this place a 1 star is being extremely generous. My father used to live here in 2017 and when I would come and visit the place looked like trash. My father would complain about how much he hated it and couldn’t wait to get out of here and when he finally moved they tried charging him for extra “damages” that he did not leave and when we asked for proof they couldn’t send us any. Amazing staff and service!!! Would definitely recommend this property to people.
Lived here with my grandmother and had a very unpleasant experience with the staff and with some appliances in our apartment. For example, our dishwasher was broken and the laundry room smelt so bad and no matter what we did we couldn't get the smell out. Apparently the previous tenant had animals because our balcony smelled awful as well. There was also loud music across the street that would play til 3am. I'd recommend going elsewhere.
