Excellent leasing, Mrs Alexandra is the best one in the team when I came to the leasing first time she helped me out with the application paperwork and I was able to make it work wow whenever I went to the office they were very helpful and I really appreciate it and I think from the office manager that they kept good people in there when I add work order number they were really fast to come and very nice people. And we were having the rent issue but thank goodness that Alexandra help me a lot.
We moved in in March. All the staff are great. When I have an issue, I can talk to them, and it will be taken care of rather quickly. When we first moved in the toilet was clogged. They came out within the hour to fix it. The apartment is rather small, but it is nice here. It is a quiet complex during the day and at night.
I lived at Sierra Vista Apartments from when I was 13 until I was 16, and it was an extremely difficult experience. When we first moved in, there was a massive roach infestation—literally every species of roach you could imagine. It felt like they were throwing a party every time we turned the lights off and back on. It was terrifying.
