The sad fact is that the rating here could be higher, as the individual units aren't that bad. The biggest problem is the INEPT and BIASED management that not only cannot get things done, such as controlling the garbage, the mold, the bad plumbing, and the criminal element (and there is plenty to be had at this complex), but also boldfaced LIE about their OWN illegal practices.
