The local management on site looks to screw you anyway the can. The are all excuses. When their emails don’t go to you it’s your fault. You pay for annual rental insurance and they look to add theirs onto your bill. In 1 year I had 3 water leaks from up above. So high rent and then you deal with that. Oh and you got it my fault. I had insulation fall out of my ceiling over a weekend. Fiberglass insulation in your food taste real good. Then they bill you extra insurance! I give them 1 out of 5 stars. RecommendedStaff is always greeting you and willing to help. Maintenance crew is speedy fixing things within a couple hours. The “community” is definitely here with Sunday brunch and other fun stuff. Only thing that will make me move is buying a house. I love living here.
We love our apartment! Everyone in the community is so nice and welcoming. 100% recommend!
Very clean and well maintained property with a great community.
Love living here. Such a clean community and the staff is amazing. Maintenance guys are quick to fix problems. I work nights and if they come in to fix something during the day they are extremely quiet and respectful of my sleep. Neighbors are quiet too you can tell that the quality of the building are lot better than most. Want to meet more fun people here since we are new. So feel free to hit us up on Facebook!
