I was going to move in this dump, but I changed my mind. I was told that my deposit is refundable but not the app fee. A week later, I was told non of it was refundable. THEY LIED AND STOLE MY MONEY, \$150 DOLLARS.

This complex is a complete joke. The office staff is comprised of two rude women with no concept of customer service or even a modest amount of politeness. Let me give an example. I went to the office to ask for an air filter. The fat manager said, "We only give them every 90 days." I politely reminded her it had been over 90 days. She replies, "We keep a list and you will get one when it is time." Cars are continually vandalized and burglarized. Worst apartments i have every lived in. both my car and apartment have been broke into. My children have witnessed a icecream vendor being robbed at the playground area. i have complained about 2 of my neighbors loud music and partying outside for the last 2 years. 1 is occupied by 3 men and and woman and the other by 4 men(none of them speak any english) so when i asked nicely to turn down the music they only say they dont speak english and smile. I was told by Josefina to call security wich I did at least 3 times every wee... read more

This complex is absolutely horrible. They claim to have 2 laundry facilities, but for over a year one of them has been closed and only 4 of 6 washers works; only 3 of the 6 dryers work. Getting anything repaired or replaced is a joke. The office staff is useless and the slob whose supposed to be maintenance is even more useless. ROACHES RULE. this place is awful. full of criminals. management sucks they tend to loose your payments so u got to keep them otherwise they will make u pay again even if u already have. they promise to help u on what u need but takes them several months it took them 6 months to fix my restroom broke in my front door neighbors over 8 times & still wouldnt let them move out. &my other neighbors apartment there carpet hadnt been changed in over 5 yrs his restroom was moldy but they didnt do anything about it. i do not recommend this place a... read more
