Lived here for two years. I paid $550 for the first year, 'renewed early' in October for the next year to save money. I signed the lease for $595 only to find out that my two other roommates that signed leases months later were only paying $525 for the same apartment. When I asked the clubhouse about this they did nothing so I ended up paying $840 more than my roommates for the same place. Renewed my lease with The Villas last summer, been here for about a year. I like the community feel.. the clubhouse always has coffee, food, special events, etc. which is nice. Campus can be a little far but the transportation system is easy. They pay for your M bus pass, you just need to pay attention to the bus schedule. Parking is also free.. so when someone is staying over they can find a spot too. So excited to be joining my friends here next year. I had my fun downtown and am looking forward to a nice, private, clean place to come home to every day. The office staff were so pleasant to deal with and met me on the weekend for a tour.
