Great place! The employees are Wonderful they are very friendly and helpful! I would recommend them to anyone! It is a safe place to live!
Living at the villas at Carl Sandburg over the past couple years has been an amazing experience. The staff are super personable, always willing to help and genuinely involve the community that’s been created. They are very helpful and accommodating. The apartments themselves are well-kept and amazing for the price. I’ve met some amazing friends from living here. Staff is very friendly, the office building has a great are to relax and watch TV or play cards with friends.
Moving to the villas was definitely an experience! At first I was worried because it was the first time living away from home, but it quickly became one of my favorite places! Everyone, especially management, are so so welcoming and helpful! Whenever I had an issue, whether it was personal and/or maintenance, the Villas were always on top of things to try to help me the best they could. Great place and love staying here. Management and maintenance people are great and willing to work with you if needed. Great place near Carl Sandburg College and right next to the beach. Great location as well.
