Between the rent being very affordable, the amazing staff, and the awesome up keep on the property I would definitely recommend adding this place to your checklist if you're looking for an apartment to rent.
I lived at the villas this past year and was not happy with my experience at all. We had a cockroach issue in our apartment. We notified them about it and it took them one month to take care of it!! There was hundreds of cockroaches and the situation was embarrassing and unlivable. They still made us pay rent through those months and to put the cherry on top we get a 90 dollar fee at the end of our stay! Would not recommend.
Great place! The employees are Wonderful they are very friendly and helpful! I would recommend them to anyone! It is a safe place to live!
Living at the villas at Carl Sandburg over the past couple years has been an amazing experience. The staff are super personable, always willing to help and genuinely involve the community that’s been created. They are very helpful and accommodating. The apartments themselves are well-kept and amazing for the price. I’ve met some amazing friends from living here. Staff is very friendly, the office building has a great are to relax and watch TV or play cards with friends.
