This apartment complex was awful during the time I lived here. My roommate and I experienced a lot of issues - mice when we first moved in, AC unit breaking during the hottest time of summer & the maintenance guy taking days to repair it, water heater broke during winter time, dishwasher wouldn’t drain, our sink leaked into the cabinet space underneath, pots & pans left over from previous tenants, along with left over food remnants. Because the villas sent me a small small portion of my money back for my bad experiences, I chose not to write a review. However, even after 6 months, it leaves a bad enough taste in my mouth to say something. This apartment complex continues to take advantage of college students and their families, including but not limited to immigrants and international students. Between the rent being very affordable, the amazing staff, and the awesome up keep on the property I would definitely recommend adding this place to your checklist if you're looking for an apartment to rent.
I lived at the villas this past year and was not happy with my experience at all. We had a cockroach issue in our apartment. We notified them about it and it took them one month to take care of it!! There was hundreds of cockroaches and the situation was embarrassing and unlivable. They still made us pay rent through those months and to put the cherry on top we get a 90 dollar fee at the end of our stay! Would not recommend.
Great place! The employees are Wonderful they are very friendly and helpful! I would recommend them to anyone! It is a safe place to live!
