Have had a great experience from start to finish. Continue to renew my lease for that reason
I recently moved to this property and while have not been here long, I have to say the whole process was phenomenal. The office team, especially Joy, made this whole application process super easy and her communication with me was top notch. I did a experience one small issue while moving, but the maintenance team made sure the it was corrected quickly. The property itself is fantastic too and very well maintained. Im really looking forward to utilizing the dog park and the fire pit.
I moved to the Villas at Avery Creek in March to take over a unit from a friend and resigned a new lease in July. So far I have had a really great experience here. Maintenence is quick to respond to any concerns and so friendly. I always see the staff smiling and being very welcoming. The pool and gym are constantly maintained. I think the community is quiet and friendly as well. I never have to worry about loud parties or feeling unsafe. The Villas at Avery Creek has been a great place to live. Getting things fixed is usually extremely quick. They’re on top of taking care of the pool if there are any issues. Also, I knew going in when I signed the lease that they wouldn’t want to have anything too crazy on balconies or front proches with decorations/ plants, but I still wish we were allowed to give our units a little more personality. Overall a good place to live!
The Villas at Avery Creek are well maintained, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are always well kept and clean and all of the residents I have had the opportunity to talk to have all been nice and respectful. My unit came with a gigantic garage and a nice balcony that I utilize daily! The pool and grills have always been very clean and the gym is very accommodating.
