I have lived here for 3 years and just signed my lease for my 4th year. I am very happy here. It is a safe and quiet community. I love my views of the mountains and I love being so close to the NC Arboretum. Ben in the front office was great and made the renewal process quick and easy. Thank you!
Live here for over 2 years. Never a problem with anything. The townhouse is perfect.
I’m writing this review after I’ve gotten my deposit returned (read below for why). I lived here for 2.5 years. First 1.5 in a 1 bedroom, 2nd full year in a townhome with a garage. The actual livable areas are what you expect for a place that was thrown together on the cheap. They are livable places and fine for the old prices, yearly increases were reasonable (typically 10%ish), problems you’d expect for being put together cheap: floorboards in one of my bedrooms didn’t have any nails in them and they had to pull carpets to... read more
